Just a little extra.
When you make your Black BMP picture, don't make it RGB 0,0,0 black, as this
is outside of the permitted tv colours. Use 15, 15, 15, and 235/235/235 for
white.

Thanks so much, Ill put that in the "why didnt I think of that" file.
Thats
why you guys are the kings. What i was going for was a certain type of
title
over a black screen. I noticed when I made it a certain type of title it
put
it on the bottom line, but of course that would play OVER A CLIP that I
wanted to put later. I totally understand your "black image solution"
makes a
lot of sence and will make it easier to control the titles from my
standpoint. Plus it adds anoter feature the WMM that I hadnt thought of.
Thanks so much. Ill have to give you guys "creative consultant" title
cards.

Can a Blank space be made on the TOP LINE or VIDEO LINE, Other than====================================

I think I would use my image editing software
to create a single color image...Black...for example.
Save is as a .bmp and import it into movie maker.
Then it could be used anywhere on the timeline
as a blank space.
You could even use MS Paint. Just open any
image in Paint (assuming it is the correct aspect
ratio for your project) go to...Image / Clear Image...
left click 'Fill With Color' in the toolbox...select
your color from the pallette at the bottom of the
screen...left click the image.
Now go to...File / Save As / .bmp.
====================================
Can a clip be moved to a specific part====================================
in the timeline. Reason I ask is that only one category (Credit
BEFORE a clip) seems to go to the VIDEO Line. I hope I made myself
clear. Thanks
RON
Some details would be helpful.
Where to...exactly...and why do you wish to
move the clip? Is this video or a still shot?
Left click / drag?
FYI...if you drag a Video clip to the Audio /
Music track and it becomes an Audio (only)
file.
