Hi Mike...
Yes, it's possible and easy... Go to my website's Edit Movies > XML >
Script Types > Custom Overlays page..
Scroll down to the Title Overlay Starter Kit section and download my Starter
Kit for Vista.
After installing and checking that it works in Movie Maker, put your own
overlay image in place of one of mine. I have the Starter Pack on my Vista
Home Basic laptop and it works well.

I need help with a WMM project I am making. I have a stock video clip I
would like to superimpose a logo ontop of in the center of the video. Is
this something that WMM can do?? I am running a new computer with Vista
Home
if that makes a difference.
I know I can place text ontop of the video using the Credits feature, but
I
can't find a menu option for me to place this logo.
Thanks!!!
.
