I'm having a problem. I was working on a video yesterday when my computer
crashed. Now when I try to preview a clip to edit it before inserting it
into
the video, it won't play. If I do manage to get it to play, I get audio,
but
no visual. If I do get visual, it is stuck on two frames. Does anyone know
how I can fix this problem?
Re: question regarding 24 bit recording ... I think you set Cool Edit to record in 32-bit mode and it takes ... it has to play it in 24-bit format in order for the card to understand ... It's nice for mixdowns because you can go wildy over range and never clip.... You still have to reduce the volume of the final mix to get it play without ... (rec.audio.pro)
media encoder creates choppy video ... i am trying to get a useable file format so i can edit the clip in movie maker.... ... at least the re-encoded will play in movie maker now, but as i said, it plays choppy... ... (microsoft.public.windowsmedia)
