I recently had that and found it to be lack of RAM. Shut down as many
programs as you can that are running in the background. Eventually it worked.
My old computer wouldn't even save it, not enough RAM to support the file.
I bought a Tevion DVD Maker from Aldi that came with a Cyberlink authoring
program. I paid 40 bux is all and I can burn to DVD.
