question is...please provide a more
detailed explanation.
When a new file overwrites and old file
it's because the file name is the same.
You will usually see a dialog that says:
"Would you like to replace the existing
file xxxxx.xxx with this one xxxxx.xxx?"
Maybe renaming your files would be
the answer.
