Hi - and thanks for reading this.=============================
I am running Windows XP SP2 and MM 2.1. I have just got a
Canon MVX460 and when I transfer the video into MM I am
getting little pixel boxes flash up on the screen every
few seconds. It shows on the import and also on the video
when I play it back from MM - but it's fine on the
camera. I also get little 'sizzles' on the audio. The
video itself looks fine in MM - apart from the problems
mentioned. It's not distorted or poor quality but I don't
know why I'm having the problems. My machine is an Athlon AMD 2400+ with a gig of RAM.
I have already been advised not to use the C drive and to
make sure that nothing else is running, but the result is
the same. Thanks for any help.
Just wondering....when you transferred
the video to your computer did you use
USB or DV (IEEE1394)?
