it's a codec issue.... you should convert the file, at least the audio
stream, to another one that sounds good in Movie Maker.
you can also play the clip in WMP and rip the audio into Movie Maker as a
narration file as it plays.... see the Importing Source Files > Audio and
Music page of my site....
