Re: Previewer is busted

Yes it's definitely broken.
My advice in this situation is usually to do a system restore back to when
it was working properly.
Anything you installed and any Windows Updates you downloaded after the date
you choose to restore to will most likely need to be reinstalled but it
could very easily solve your WMM problem.
