Not having a MCE to try, papjohn may be able to help more, as he has one.
MCE was originally made to go with certain items of hardware, so a guarantee
of it all working together was great, much like Apple. The release of MCE
software with a piece of hardware means peope buy it, install it and hope
for it to work, which if you don't have all the other neccessary pieces it
won't do properly.
For you, I believe you need to have sonic click to dvd installed as well for
it to marry up.
