CAPTURE JUMPS BACK A FEW FRAMES
I have been capturing video from my VCR and producing a DVD with Moviemaker
2.1 successfully for a while now. Today when I captured from the VCR the
picture jumps back a few frames then forward to the correct frame, it does
this continually. My CPU doesn't go above
60% and memory is about 50% out of 512Mb.
Has any one any ideas? I can send a clip to show the problem.
