Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

the default is to fit the emailed movie into a 1 MB file... which makes for
a low quality video... use Tools > Options to change the default up as high
as 10 MB, but be careful not to make it bigger than the email max sizes of
your ISP or the one of who you're sending it to.
