No the trial version of Nero doesn't allow creating DVD's with Vision
Express (the authoring software).
It allows burning to DVD with Nero Burning Rom but you will get a message
saying you need to purchase the correct Codec's (or something to that
effect) to make a DVD movie with Vision Express.
