The WMV format is a great choice... see the Saving Movies > Custom WMV
Profiles page of my site for some comments about going higher than the
720x480 size for DVDs....
You'll need to balance things... good or best quality comes from bigger file
sizes... and the computer capabilities to play back higher quality movies
are more demanding... if you get great quality but can't play it smoothly,
is it of value?
