Powweb is the one I use. There are others. Powweb has one fixed plan with
no custom changes. It is the one-off stuff that makes the support costs
higher, so by doing this single deal, it is cheap. But what they offer is
not basic. I think 100 email addresses, FTP, e-commerce stuff, etc.
