Comcast is actually spread across the USA not just CA. At about the time you
wrote your message the above person logged on to The-Kellys for the second
time yesterday...He/She was number 25 out of the top 25 unique visitors at
that time (just a few hours into the new year). You will notice that he is
using Comcast and that obviously he is not blocked. If you were blocked the
screen you saw gives you the ability to remedy that situation. Further if
you read ALL of my post in this thread you will get a more complete picture
of what has been going on. The day I left for the USA the site came under a
heavy attack and the chap looking after the site placed a blanket block on
ALL users in the primary block 24. The attack partly succeeded. I have not
yet counted up the number of blocked people in the 24 block since then (the
logs are HUGE) but the number of blocks on the day after onwards do not look
high at all. The usual people are made a special case of...all of them in
December tried to gain access with their usual ip numbers and were blocked
but read the detail in my first post for further info

Cox were blocked by me some time ago, almost the entire companies network. I
had to make provision for my son and a few friends so that they could enter
my site without problem. The reason Cox was blocked was because of a
concerted effort to close the web site by downloading a large amount of
files in order to cause my site to go over its permitted bandwidth. A
complaint was sent to Cox who took no action. As a result Cox is banned and
my bandwidth has been increased to a VERY high level. The attempts still
occur but at a reduced level. (Its very easy to spot one of these attempts
by the way, but I am not about to say how) I will not offer you the chance
to gain access again as it is a racing certainty that the morons will start
up again. Had Cox responded I may well have had a different view. Sorry
