Grabbed a copy of the free program VirtualDub and it captures as AVI and the
problem did NOT appear on the VirtualDub monitor screen. I ran the dxdiag
test and all came out ok. Looks like more work investigating will need to
be done here. Will post a fix if I can find one........ Thanks for all the
help.
