Hi,
I am using my Compaq laptop (1.4 GHz Centrino, 512MB RAM) running XP
Prof(SP2), to capture video from my Sony DCRHC40 camcorder. I am using a IEEE
firewire cable (4Pin - 6Pin) to connect my laptop to the camcorder. There are
no problems in connecting or accessing the device. However, the video
captured using WMM2.1, runs at 4 times the speed of the original video.
This problem occurs only when using Firewire. When using USB cable, it works
fine, but the picture quality is not good.
The same camcorder works well when connected to another laptop of the same
config using the same firewire cable and CardBus.

Request you to pls propose a solution for this problem.

Thanks
