Salem,

It seems you have messed about a lot. Those folders you copeied did not need
to be copied at all.

Anyway, start from updating your graphics card drivers. Then re-install
directx and then install movie maker 2.

Also reinstall Windows Media Player and Windows Media Encoder.

To be extra careful reboot after every install.

If all that does not work you need to make sure there is no codec conflict.

Another thing to try is to install Service Pack 2 which among other thigns
would do a lot of clean up of the previous mess and upgrade the windows
movie maker to 2.1
