when are you going to learn that you do not now, or will ever in the future have
permission to access this web site.

Because of your actions all customers of chartermi are blacklisted.

I now have records of you trying to gain access to secured areas of the web site
as well as the normal sections. You have been told privately, and I am now
telling you publickly. Stop or I will complain every time to your ISP so that
eventually they will be forced into taking action against your sons company for
permitting these actions.

It has been noted that complaints to Mr. Andrew Brown are being passed straight
on to you, so there is no excuse.

Customers of CharterMI have complained to me and they are being encouraged to
complain to your ISP about your continued conduct.
