Hello there,

        I have just searched the web using all three chip codes and found nothing at
        all. Checking one at a time gives to many results.

        However, a search on the rest of the info produces this link...

        having looked at the first lines of text it does seem to be your card.

        We have seen others in here with cards that show no problems untill you come to
        use them, and so it might be with your card.
