hi mate, thanx alot for your reply. still having troubles. mm2 shutting down as soon as i add clip to the timeline and or adding titles. tried-

searching for divxaf.ax file- seach comes up- blank
tried turning down hardware acceleration
installing directx 9.0reinstalling mm2

 is there any other codec problems that could be causing this crash?
