Maybe try a small test clip thru the process.... all the way from Movie
Maker 2 Pinnacle Studio, just to be sure it works OK.

In MM2, I saved the file as a DV-AVI file, which I was told was a type I AVI. It made an AVI file that is 4.7GB in size. It plays in media player, but on the right hand side of the screen, the movie title and duration are in orange and there's an orange ! next to it. I downloaded Canopus DV File Converter to make it a type II AVI, but it won't read it. I get an error that says, "The source file can not be converted by this application." Did I do something wrong when saving the avi in MM2?
