every night. Well I decided to delete the photos from "My Pictures" so he
couldnt find them in our home computer but every photo that I deleted has
been erased from my movie as well. Unfortunately, I deleted these items from
the "Recycle bin" already so I have no way to retrieve. Please tell me I
have not lost 2 months worth of work. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Even when emptying a file from the recycle bin all you are actually
doing is telling the file system that the file is no longer required and
that the space it occupies can be used for something else. Provided you have
the necessary tools already installed you can retrieve any file whose
"space" has not been overwritten. However....

The act of sending your message to this group, if done on the same
machine may have been enough to make at least one image unrecoverable. If
you have Symantec's System works already on the machine there is a file
recovery procedure available from the waste bin. Take note that every time
you access the machine you run the risk of making the deleted files
completely unrecoverable.

An alternative approach is to use a special set of floppy discs or a CD
disk specially created for the recovery of files....but the above conditions
still apply.

If it is VERY important the data that has overwritten a file can
effectively be removed and the data that occupied that space previously can
be recovered, at a price!!! Dependent on how badly you want the data
recovered you can go to a specialist who will do it for you. One such
specialist can be found in the Links > Security page of my web site....GRC
security (I think) A VERY clever/knowledgeable man.
