Nick,

You made MPEG2 files with TMPGEnc and MM2 doesn't work with such files, or
doesn't work well with them...

If your goal is to get MOV files into Movie Maker, then using Rad Video
Tools to convert them to AVI is the path to take...... you can also use
TMPGEnc to convert your MPEG2 files to AVI.
