Hi. This seems to be a common problem, but I have not
been able to find a solution. I have a new HP M300Y PC
with Arcsoft Showbiz 2 and Movie Maker 2. I want to copy
my home movies from my VCR to a DVD. I can capture the
video from Movie Maker 2, but no sound. However, I can
use Arcsoft Showbiz 2 and it picks up the video as well
as the audio. I do not like the video qaulity from
Arcsoft, so I want to import the VHS tape into MM2, then
take this file an import into Arcsoft to write to the
DVD. All works well, but no sound. Any ideas on how I
can get sound out of MM2? Cables (video & two audio) are
set correctly, since I can get sound out of Arcsoft.
Thanks in advance. Tom
