i've done the last update of the msn and i click the user name and the
password and i click to log in and it doesn't loging in pls someone tell me

when i click to log in sometimes show me a critical error and tells me to sent the information to microsoft and i pressed not to sent and once i sent information and nothing happend
Do u think if i do a format might solve the problem?
