If you're using Windows Live Messenger or MSN Messenger, you can simply click the 'Forget me'
link to each account listed.

Assuming you're using Windows Messenger though -- what do you mean by "nothing is working"?
Do you mean when you click the Delete button that nothing happens? If so, I would assume
you're probably using the Dutch version of Windows XP.

Assuming that, the easiest solution is just to stop .NET Passports from being saved or used
in Windows XP by
downloading and running this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/disablenetcreds.reg

And then upgrade to Windows Live Messenger:
http://get.live.com/messenger/config
