I also have this same problem. IM works fine until I try to use the camera.
Then it freezes. Worked fine a few months ago.

B. I've completely uninstalled WLM and then reinstalled it. Made no
difference.

C. Removed and reinstalled software for the Logitech camera (which, as I
mentioned before, not only is working, but I actually used once to make a
video call with success.)

Any suggestions?
