contacts

Hi. i was wondering if there was any way to see the my contacts who i have
recently spoken to on Windows Live? and if so, how? For example, last night i
was talking to someone, and i don't know who, so can I go back and see who it
was? Does my computer store that kind of info? i do not have the settings set
to save messages.
