Re: Verify email address mssg in ver. 4.5?

How to uninstall Windows Messenger:

You can't but you can disable access to it - go to Start and click 'Set Program Access and Defaults' and turn it off.

How to uninstall Windows Live Messenger:

Go to Start and click on Control Panel. Now go Add Remove Programs and remove Windows Live Messenger from your Windows XP machine.

I just want to get rid of this pop-up message from WinXP Messenger. It never
sends the confirmation email to my box. Then I thought I'd out smart it and
install what I thought was just an upgrade and now I have Win Live Messenger
as well. I don't need both! May not want either! How do I uninstall one or
the other?
