You probably want to keep Windows Messenger, right? If you don't, disable access to it by going to 'Set Program Access and Defaults' and disabling 'Windows Messenger'.

I have unchecked the preferences, I have deleted the .Net pasport in the
password manager. Still every time I start Outlook express Messanger starts.
Is there a patch that will stop this?
