I'm sorry, I wish I could be of more help with this. If I had access to this stuff, I'd just
hit the switch. I can assure you that your account will work just fine un-verified, minus
the fact you won't be able to change your display name. It won't be deleted or anything like
that.

Ah, sometimes they can be more helpful than other times. I know others have gotten
themselves verified using this method, you just have to reach the right person.

I went ot that link, I didn't see any sort of reguest manual verification option, so I
just explained what was goign on. and requested a namual email verification.
I doubt they'll do it though.
