RE: Urgent! Messenger couldn't receive any instant messages

after no soluton since i posted here for a month.
Last option.
Reformat the whole system which tooks me half a day.
FInally it works.

Recommend: try recreate user account. I didn't try this step. Maybe it
works. "-)
