Yahoo Voice Mail: Microphone problem, help please?

I've installed Yahoo Voice Service and bought some credit to make
calls PC to Phone. However when I dial, I can hear them easily, but
they can't hear me at all.

Microphone is fine (I can call PC to PC and everything works, I can
record my own voice with recording software, etc). I know the
problem is on my side because it doesn't matter who I call, so long as
it is a phone, they can't hear me.

Any ideas? Please do not respond if you don't know a solution or if
you think the problem is the mic (I know the mic is fine). Any other
ideas welcome!
