Live Messenger Error

Hi,
So i tried to sign in my Msn 7.5 and i get a message that i need to
upgrade to Windows Live. Once Windows Live is installed and i try to go
in to sign in i get a message saying, "Windows Live Messenger has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." I cannot even open msn to put in my email or password,
the error automatically comes up. The rest is the extra error
information:
AppName: msnmsgr.exe AppVer: 8.0.812.0 AppStamp:44cc1896
ModName: msnmsgr.exe ModVer: 8.0.812.0 ModStamp:44cc1896
fDebug: 0 Offset: 000ae924
If anyone can help me out that would be awesome!!!
