Re: I want my messenger back!

the message tells me that there is an error in Windows Messenger and the
application will be closed. it says that there might some dats which are lost
and tehn more infos about the error are:
AppName: msmsgs.exe
App ver: 4.7.0.3001
OffSet 000eef2d

We have a control center AVG which the virus and the functions of our
programs and it said that kernel32.dll was changed, so AVG after the test
changed the kernell file again .. I don't really know the problem with this
file, because AVG doesn't say.

anyways I already tried to change my password....
nothing is changing...

Greetings,

Can you give the exact description of the error message you are receiving? I can tell you
right now your identity has fine if you can log into the other services. After your problems
have been resolved, you can change your password to make sure.

As for your virus, kernel32.dll is a system file, so don't try removing it. How exactly do
you know you have any virus if you don't also have an application to remove it?

You can get a free virus scan here:

hello,
it's been a week since I'm not able to enter my Messenger account, while I
can access to my e-mail and live.spaces.
everytime I try to connect, it opens my contacts and I'm visible, but a
windows shows up and says that my access is denied since there are problems
because I lost some datas... and it doesn't let me use my messenger page!!!!

I tried everything I wonder if it's connected to a virus I found on the
computer
Kernel32.dll....
or I've been reading about sites that steal your identity..maybe I gave my
password to one of those sites that check for contacts that block you....

what should I do with the virus? and with my messenger account?
if really my identiy has been stolen can I open a new messenger linked to my
old e-mail and live.space????

help me please!
