Greetings,
Sure is. Close Outlook Express, and then download and run this .reg file:

It shouldn't bother you again.

Is there a way to delete the pop up box that asks me to sign in to Windows
Messenger every time I open my outlook express? And next comes a box that
says enter contact names. I don't want to use windows messenger and don't
want this to appear. I tried going to control panel and add/remove programs
but there is nothing listed there that has "messenger" in it. Even tried to
restore my computer to an earlier date before this started appearing. No
luck. Did I sign up for this? And if so, how do I delete it?
