Re: New version of windows messenger

Greetings Alex,

The team has been dissolved for quite some time. There are no plans to revive it that I know
of.

For corporate usage, development is now focused on Office Communicator.

Hi to all!
As I know, last version of windows messenger, which can be used with
exchange and in corporate network, is 5.1 and was released 2005 year. Is
there any news about making newer version of windows messenger? Why can't all
these new featuers of live messenger be used in windows messenger also? I
understand that i am a dummy in that question, but are there plans for making
some new and nice windows messenger, so people in corporate network could be
more happy :)?
