A quick and easy mass delete contact add-in?

Is there, that anyone that reads this knows, a quick and nifty little applet
or add-in to messenger that will delete contacts en masse? I have a number
of contacts on my contact list that I don't hear from any more and want to
do some housekeeping. Thanks.
