Greetings Tom,

Shdocvw is a part of IE and Windows, used in plenty of Windows applications. As a quick fix
you might try upgrading to IE7:
www.microsoft.com/ie/

Now i might be wrong, but i'm guessing it's a problem with that. Whenever I
open Windows Live Messenger, Internet Explorer, or try and cut back to
desktop, the applications all come up that they have "encountered a problem"
and must close. I checked the error report, and they all seem to be coming up
with ModName: shdocvw.dll
