WM Dies

This is the first time out with WM using a Logtech webcam. I was chatting with my sister, and decided to see if I could send her a video as I sat here typing. She has no camera. Suddenly, I got an abort msg. WM disappeared from the tray, and I don't see a reference in the Start menu. What's happened, and how do I get WM going again. I did a reboot, and it didn't reappear in the tray.
