Re: Remote Assistance not recognising Messenger

What version of Messenger are you running.
You must be running Windows Messenger 5.1 or later.

I have Windows Live Messenger installed and running fine but when I try to use Remote Assistance through it the Help and Support page says that Messenger is not installed. I have reinstalled it but it still is not recognised. I can use Remote Assistance by emailing the file without any problems but I'd live to get it working through Messenger as it's easier. Any ideas would be gratefully received.
