Windows Messenger turning on and off
My Windows Messenger 5.1 keeps shutting down and restarting off and on all
day and night.
I don't know exactly how long it stays up or down because I'm not watching
it all the time.
Usually I have to start my Outlook Express twice to get it to open as well!!
This behavior just started about a month or two ago?
How do I troubleshoot or do you know what I can do to fix this?
