i had sloved this problem with manipulating registry keys in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MessengerService\ServiceProviders
under section with name {83D4679*E*-B6D7-11D2-BF36-00C04FB90A03}
Enabled = 0
Primary = 0
Under section with name {83D4679*F*-B6D7-11D2-BF36-00C04FB90A03}
Enabled = 1
Primary = 1
it works for me :)
