Thanks for the response. I want to remove and reinstall the operating
system
because i had a virus which affected the operating system. I removed the
virus but since then windows still is not working right. meaning that
sometimes when I turn on the laptop, i get an error message telling me
that
windows is not responding and will be shut down.
