Can't start session

On the same PC, running Windows XP, I have 2 accounts for messenger.

With one of them, I can start a session (let's call it
yes@xxxxxxxxxxx), while with the other I cannot (call it
no@xxxxxxxxxxx).

In yes@xxxxxxxxxxx I can see under Options/Connection that I am
connected thru a device that is not UPnP or a device NAT restricted to
port (Administrator).

In no@xxxxxxxxxxx I cannot see such a connection.

Can it be a problem with my firwall ** I am using Norton internet
Security?

Any ideas are welcome.

Thank you veru much
