It's exactly the same, except you initiate it from the Activites toolbar icon in Windows
Live
Messenger.
And yes, you can run both at the same time, but they'd have to be logged into separate
accounts.

go download it asap. in fact after this. Would appreciate if you could advise
if the procedure for remote assistance tru Windows Live Messenger is the same
as tru Windows Messenger and can i run both of these at the same time?

Although
Remote Assistance will only work in Windows Live Messenger if Windows Messenger is also
installed.
