A weird problem with MSN 7.5

There is one person that every time I IM her she can't see what I typed
and she gets a message saying she needs to install "flash player." She
has installed this and has done it several times but still gets this
message every time instead of the message I typed to her. It will tell
her that I'm typing to her but instead of my message she gets the flash
player message. I can IM all my other contacts and they can all IM her
without any problem. I even signed in on my IM under a different name
and could IM her, just not with my usual sign in name. Has anyone else
ever experienced anything like this? I had been able to IM her for a
very long time before this started. It just suddenly started and has
gone on for 2-3 weeks now.
