Windows messenger 5.1 restrictions.

Hi all, I have used the adm tempate to tightly restrict my users Windows
messenger on XP to only allow Chat and video/audio conferencing. I don't
want any application or desktop sharing etc. I want to also restrict Chat
if possible so they can only video/audio chat. Is this possible?
