Can I CLEAN my 'accepted' list?

Hi people.
I have Windows LIVE Messenger installed but it goes for MSN Messenger
as well.
I have cleaned out my Contact list. Now I would like to remove those I
removed from my Contact List from the 'Accepted Contacts' (in
Privacy) beause is seems those are to totally different lists. How do
I do that? Any help is welcome.
